Boutique & Bistro “heritage & creativity”
Kampot pepper has a global appeal and Atelier is proud to sell official Kampot pepper responding to the highest standards of its geographical indication.
The gourmet bistro, which accommodates the boutique, blends French Bistro cuisine with modern approaches to traditional Asian dishes. Employing as many locally grown ingredients as possible, Atelier’s dishes play with the different pepper aromas, taking the customer by the hand and leading him/her on a culinary journey through one of Cambodia’s most beautiful regions, Kampot.
Atelier’s products are made so that consumers can understand their origin as well as the value they carry. Through its visuals, the brand narrative pays tribute to the past, however, Atelier also stands for the exploration and innovation of pepper.
The logo features a hand-drawn illustration of the Atelier shophouse, an intentionally artisanal representation, much like the brand itself.
Season 2
Our bistro promote collaboration with chefs from the region. The aim is to offer each year a new vision of the possibility of the pepper while keeping the Atelier DNA.
Our new menu is a collaboration with Aude Moulard the talented chef and owner of Pepe Bistro in Phnom Penh.
The Crab Canelloni and the Pulled Pork Parmentier have already joined the Atelier classic such as the Lok Lak Burger and the Seabass Meuniere.

A COLLABORATION

Avis de Nikki G - 14 mars 2018
Delicious, upmarket interpretations of traditional food. Mixed entree included prawn skewers, chicken satay, ceviche and more. Mains of prawn pepper curry and pepper crab both left us wishing we could eat more. Limited but acceptable drinks list. Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Bill for 3 of us, including 2 courses and drinks, was less tthan $60 - maybe expensive by local standards but felt like a good deal to us.

Will need to come back more often or in a large group because every offering speaks spectacular. What a gem in a gem of a city. '

We had dinner and the food, service and wine were all excellent in a beautiful old building. Food was beautifully flavored to show best of the ingredients. The pepper always complemented and did not overwhelm.
