Kampot pepper’s flavour and intense aroma have made it one of the most highly regarded peppers in the world. Kampot Pepper was the first Cambodian product and is the only peppper in the world to be granted with a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status. This label certified by ECOCERT, it guarantees a required standard of farming methods and techniques amongst the members of the PGI.
Returns
We offer a full refund* on all orders returned back to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion.
All items that are returned must be unopened (nb. that includes the vacuum bag) and in their original condition, including any packaging and inserts. If any item is damaged, or opened this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

How To Return Your Item(s) - UK Customers
Simply return the items back to us at the address below, ensuring that the items are securely packaged, so as not to be damaged in transit.
The items for return are unopened, the vacuum pack still sealed, in re-saleable condition, complete with all inserts and original packaging intact.
You have included your original invoice.
We recommend you use a service with signature on delivery, for returning items in order to confirm safe receipt back to us.
Our returns address is:
1. From receipt of your order and payment in full we aim to process and despatch within two working days, stock permitting. Standard Delivery itself may be between 3 to 5 days maximum.
2. For stock purposes, each item requested constitutes an individual order. We will always attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment. Due to stock and packaging requirements, Products may occasionally be shipped over several days and in more than one package.

Once the package has been shipped (which may take up to 3 working days) xxx aims to deliver your letter or packet the next working day, including Saturday. However this cannot be guaranteed.
